Do I need to make repairs or clean up before selling?
Nope. We buy houses exactly as they sit — leave behind anything you don't want, and skip the cleaning entirely. Condition is our problem, not yours.
Are there any fees or commissions?
None. No agent commissions, no service fees, no hidden charges — and standard closing costs are covered. The offer you accept is what you walk away with at the closing table.
Am I committed to anything by requesting an offer?
Not a thing. An offer is information, not a commitment — take it, sleep on it, or use it to weigh your other options. And requesting one won't bury you in calls; you'll hear from us once, not every Tuesday forever.
How fast can we actually close?
In as few as 14 business days once we're under contract. Need longer — say, to line up your next place or sort through a family home? Pick a later date. The timeline is yours, not ours.
Will my house be listed or shown to strangers?
No. Nothing goes on the MLS, no sign goes in your yard, and there are no open houses. Most of the time we make our offer without setting foot in the house — expect one walkthrough (maybe two), scheduled around you.
Who actually buys the house?
Sometimes we purchase it ourselves; sometimes we bring in one of our trusted local investor partners to close. Either way, your price and terms never change, and a licensed title company handles everything in between.
How do I know this is legitimate?
Fair question — this industry has earned its skeptics. Haus Ello is a registered Texas LLC, every agreement is in writing, and closing runs through a licensed title company that holds the funds until everything is signed. You never pay us anything, at any point, for any reason.
